Pricing Information:
For all products, there are 2 types of Notary Legalisation:
- Legalisation of an electronic document (PDF) – 70 CHF
- Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature – 150 CHF
The Product base fee includes the Legalisation of a PDF. You must choose the language for your Notary Legalisation once the product has been selected. If you need a Notary Legalisation of the actual (handwritten) signature please select this on the product page (using the drop down menu) – an additional 80 CHF will be added. If you wish to add an Apostille/Super Legalisation as well, please use the Apostille/Super Legalisation drop down menu on the product page or click here. (Countries in the Hague Convention require an Apostille, Countries outside require a Super Legalisation).

Document Preparation
You provide the completed Power of Attorney along with valid identification. We check that the document is legally compliant and ready for notarisation and legalisation.

IDENTITY Verification
We verify your identity via secure video call or in person. This ensures you understand the document and are signing it voluntarily, with full awareness and no coercion.

SIGNING & NOTARIsATION
Once verified, you sign the Power of Attorney in the presence of the notary. We then apply the official notarial seal and signature, completing the notarisation process.

lEGALISATION AND RETURN
Your notarised Power of Attorney is legalised (apostilled or consular legalised, if required) and returned to you—either in person or via secure delivery—ready for use abroad.
